What is the “Same Key” option in the shopping cart?
When you select ” Same Key” you are requesting us to assemble your ABS product order so that the same key operates all. Many people like the conveinence of having a single key to operate all the locks on their home or business.
If I order “Same Key” will any other customer have the same key as me?
All “Same Key” orders are assembled only after we recieve your order. Buying from us you are guaranteed your own unique keys. All of these orders are personalised to your exact requirements.
Do you I get a VAT receipt ?
An official VAT receipt and acknowledgement of payment will be included with every order
What is the cost of delivery ?
We offer free nationwide delivery in Ireland on all orders.
How long will it take for delivery ?
Our standard delivery aims are to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible, generally within 24hours. However orders with special requirements could take from 48hrs to 72hrs to dispatch.
Returns Policy ?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from us, you may return the goods within 7 days of receipt for refund, replacement or exchange. The goods must be unused, still in their original packaging and be in a condition suitable for resale. There is no refund on the cost of return shipping.
How secure is your delivery process?
All our goods are delivered by registered couriers. Your package will be sealed and the contents unknown to the courier. All parcels will have a tamper proof seal, which will guarantee that your package has not been opened by anyone once it has left our premises.
