IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ABS CYLINDER CUSTOMERS
In order for the ABS Snap Secure feature to function correctly on a double sided Key operated ABS cylinder, the key must never be left fully inserted on the inside of the cylinder when the door is locked.

RETURNS POLICY
M.D. Lock & Key guarantee to ship all orders exactly to the sizes, finish & details requested by the customer.
Goods ordered in error can be returned, each order will be shipped with a returns document that must accompany the returned goods.
Please quote your order number on the return form and state if the order was placed under another name.
Goods that have been fitted / used or tampered with cannot be replaced or refunded. All returns must be still in the original unopened packaging and be in a condition suitable for resale.
Special orders or “Same Key” ABS cylinder locks cannot be returned.
We cannot be held responsible for the return parcels lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure parcels are returned via traceable courier or postal agent.
Cost of return carriage is non refundable unless we have shipped your order incorrectly.
Where goods have to be shipped as a result of an exchange, the shipping charges will be payable by the customer at cost.
